Transfer Set 

A transfer set will usually cost you about PKR 800 to 1000 and includes the following:

  • Duly filled Bahria Town property transfer form 
  • Affidavit by the seller on PKR 20 stamp paper
  • CNIC copies of the seller, buyer, and nominees
  • Undertaking by the buyer on PKR 100 stamp paper 

Things To Do For Property Transfer Procedure

To complete the transfer process, both parties (seller and buyer) appear at their concerned head office in Bahria City. The details of the buyer and seller’s further steps they must take on the day of the transfer of the property are listed below:

  • A buyer will deposit the transfer fee on the bank counter
  • A seller will clear the overdue fees (if any)
  • Next move is to take a token for the counter in question from the token machine and wait for your turn
